After just a decade in the industry, Nick has built a career defined by technical mastery, continuous improvement, and quality leadership. After earning his bachelor’s degree in materials science from Penn State University, he joined Vacu Braze initially through cooperative education and summer help, before advancing to his current position as Project Engineer.

Nick has played a pivotal role in securing NADCAP accreditation for Vacu Braze in early 2020 and has since contributed significantly to compliance with AMS specifications, leveraging his AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certifications to support rigorous quality standards across nuclear, medical, and aerospace markets.
